"I found Katie from State Farm on Google and while I was hesitant having to restart my insurances all over again (my previous company went out of business), this place was fantastic. They were super friendly, understanding, worked with my budget and didn't pressure me for anything at all. They got back to me quickly and made the whole process fairly simple. "I've been with State Farm many many years. All my experiences with them has been excellent. And no one can beat the price I have for car insurance and renters insurance.
I've had some experiences with them, that was more than just paying my bill. One time my car broke down just a couple blocks from where I was taking g it to get fixed. They came and got my car towed there. No hassle getting through to them and them getting a tow truck to me.
Another time, a person, drunk, backed into my car on our parking lot, pushed my car over the sidewalk to grass. Was able to get the filmed incident from my complex, and everything g went smoothly with State Farm. They got everything down for me without causing me a bunch of distress.
Last incident, actually 2, my car wouldn't start and I thought it was a dead battery. They got someone to me to Jumpstart it. My car was fully charged and it started. I felt pretty silly. But I got in and drove around, then drove back home. Luckily, I didn't turn it off. Cause it was dead again. And luckily, I had a neighbor say try starting it again, and it started. It was my starter. So I figured out where I'd get it fixed, called State Farm, and again, easy as pie, they got a tow truck to me and got her towed. No hassles at all.
So I absolutely give 5 stars for the experiences I've had. I don't plan on changing insurance. They'll be stuck with me til the end.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I just had the pleasure of speaking with Marissa, who called to do a quick check in to see how everything is going/if there were any changes, etc., and more importantly, to thank me for being a customer of theirs and to wis me a happy one anniversary with them!! Switching from Progressive to State Farm was a game changer in the sense that it's saved me so much money per month. I highly recommend going to Katie Carl's office for your needs!

I cannot thank Forest enough for all of his help! At first we were texting, and he was answering all of my questions. Then when he and I spoke to finish up my policy, he was so pleasant to me on the phone. His customer service is spot on!
My friend/co-worker had told me that she uses State Farm for her car and renters insurance. I was with Progressive, and I was paying way too much for my policy.
