I just had the pleasure of speaking with Marissa, who called to do a quick check in to see how everything is going/if there were any changes, etc., and more importantly, to thank me for being a customer of theirs and to wis me a happy one anniversary with them!! Switching from Progressive to State Farm was a game changer in the sense that it's saved me so much money per month. I highly recommend going to Katie Carl's office for your needs! I cannot thank Forest enough for all of his help! At first we were texting, and he was answering all of my questions. Then when he and I spoke to finish up my policy, he was so pleasant to me on the phone. His customer service is spot on! My friend/co-worker had told me that she uses State Farm for her car and renters insurance. I was with Progressive, and I was paying way too much for my policy. By switching, I am saving 50 dollars a month, and I have better coverage! I love the State Farm on Willamette Street, and I am so happy to now be their customer :)"
