Join Katie Carl State Farm as a part-time Account Representative and get hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, and customer service in a supportive, team-focused environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, curious, and interested in learning how a successful small business operates. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow the agency while developing skills that can lead to a full-time, licensed position in the future.
What You’ll Do
  • Support outside marketing efforts by building relationships with local apartments, dealerships, and businesses
  • Represent the agency at community events and outreach opportunities
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and generate new opportunities
  • Assist with inbound calls, helping customers with basic questions and directing requests
  • Provide administrative support including paperwork, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Learn the fundamentals of insurance, sales conversations, and client relationships
What We’re Looking For

  • No insurance license required to start (we will guide you through the process if you grow into a full-time role)
